Helen is the Founder of Reboot Foundation and is currently Board member of the following companies: President of Conforama Holding SA, Neoen SA, Burelle SA, CGG SA and Fives SAS. She is also Board member and President of the Audit Committee of the American Hospital of Paris. Previously she was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, responsible for the division Recovery and Transformation Services France. Earlier in her career, she was Associate at J.P. Morgan in the M&A group; CFO of Cogent Communications (NASDAQ. CCOI); and Partner at Alvarez & Marsal, a turnaround consulting firm. Helen also founded her own consulting firm Lee Bouygues Partners which was the 2nd largest restructuring consulting firm in France. She has a BA in Political Science from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
